From the classic chocolaty Antiguas to the smaller offering spicy Cobans and the ever-bright and citrusy Huehue Tenangos, Guatemala produces conistent top-quality high grown coffees of clean and rich character. The meticulous preparation of the heirloom varietal beans, oftentimes double washed, ensures further the quality of this fine origin. Combining this meticulous processing culture with the exceptional attention-to-detail input and selection at the mill by the La Minita Group produces a coffee of absolute yearning.
