Certified Organic Proprietary Blend
This tasty blend offers a silky milk chocolate flavor with a nuanced berry fruit finish. Our Coffee Master enjoys this blend as an espresso, but it brews deliciously as a drip or French Press brew. Aeropress it, if you have one!

This coffee blend was originally our Winter Solstice Holiday Blend 2021. Due to popular demand, we transitioned this to a regular and popular, hot-selling offering.
Every year around the holidays, the team at Alpen Sierra Coffee Roasting comes together for a friendly competition to see who will be awarded the Winter Solstice Holiday Blend honors. We have a lot of fun with this, as it inspires each of us to get our creative energies flowing and further expand our knowledge of coffee, its origins, flavor attributes, and the effect the degree of roast has on flavor. Blending is a way for us to create something truly special to Alpen Sierra, that no other can duplicate.
