Certified Organic Traditional Blend
Smoky-sweet and caramelized are the aromas wafting from this traditional blend. Heavy, but not charred, outer caramelization of the bean lends intensity to the cup, offering rich, roasty notes of dark chocolate and vanilla, enveloped in a syrupy body with a silky finish.

Dark Roast
Our Story During the Alpen Sierra inspiring travels of 1988, our Master Roaster, Christian, was wrapping up an epic Swiss and French Alps ski season in Val D’Isere, France. Was it the croissant, so crisp and tasty, nicely enriched with an intense cup of French coffee, or the magnificence of the Espace Killy outside and the fresh powder awaiting him, that sealed the deal on a “must have” inclusion of this fine traditional roast in Alpen Sierra’s offerings? The answer lies in the cup.
