Ethiopia is the Fatherland of specialty coffee. Because of its history, this is a coffee origin we treasure. The Sidama region produces coffees of excellent structure. For instance, the natural processing of the beans results in rich character coffees. The rich character can show floral and fruit flavors in the cup. We light roast this natural coffee to best give you a cup that is exciting and layered in flavors.
